Very good knives
Love the knives. I needed a set of chef knives for culinary school and I didn’t want anything to flimsy so found this scold set and it came in well packaged. The knives are beautiful and are very sharp and good at cutting my chef tested my knife and praised it. I would highly recommend.

I tried a knife today

BEAUTIFUL knife set

These knives are SHARP!!!!! REAL SHARP!
I needed a new set of kitchen knives, so I went looking and picked up this set, plus one additional Chef's knife by the same company. I noticed two things right away. 1. The weight and balance of these knives fit nicely in your hand, and 2. They are SHARP. They cut through folded paper without hesitation, with no jagged lines in the paper, as if it were nothing. I later cut through a tough whole lemon so easily it was like cutting through butter. The knives are one-piece sold stainless in a modern design. I forgot just how good it is to cut with knives that have a great feel in your hands and cut with ease. I will follow the sharpening and cleaning instructions and hope these knives will last many years. The ones I had before lasted over 20 years but are now relegated to the knife draw. These are now my knives of choice. If you are looking for a nice reasonably priced set, you may wish to consider this brand. They also have other designs. I also got a single Chef's knife with a wooden handle.
