Itshard to judge the quality of a bottled supplement, bit it does appear to be as advertised.

This natto appears to be very high quality. The actual natto in the capsules comes from Japan and it is packaged in the USA in a FDA approved facility. Also, it doesn't have any crazy additives. This natto appeared to lower my wife's blood pressure after she started taking 3 capsules per day. Natto makes the platelets more slippery and as a result improves the blood flow through the arteries. So, based on the results, I would recommend this natto since It is high quality and it works.
