I bought this for my 7 year old daughter, who has been a Sonic fan essentially since birth. I bought this as a Christmas gift and paired it with the Knuckles RC car so that we could play at the same time. It's quite fun, it's quick and turns on a dime. However, within 5 minutes of turning it on, all of the lights stopped functioning. A disappointment for sure, but it's not worth the hassle of an online return. It's not like you can really see them in the first place, and I doubt you and your child will be playing with this in the pitch black.
