I take these to build up the enamel that has gone from my teeth; my teeth were very sensitive & everything I ate was a problem fir my teeth until I started taking cal fluor which built a protective barrier against food & my teeth! Working so far
On my second batch of these. I have noticed my child teeth looking better, it will take a while to get them where I want them to be but happy at the outcome so far.
