Works great for small projects
This poster putty is easy to use and holds items securely without making a permanent change. It’s great for hanging lightweight decorations, notes, or small items around the house. I like that it’s removable and reusable, making it a convenient option for renters or temporary setups.

Handy for light items, but loses grip over time
I bought this adhesive putty to hang posters and lightweight decorations without damaging my walls. At first, it worked great—easy to tear, mold, and apply. It sticks well to smooth surfaces and comes off cleanly without leaving marks. However, after a few days, I noticed some things started falling, especially on slightly textured walls. It also tends to lose stickiness if reused too many times. That said, it’s still super useful for temporary setups or kids' projects. Just don’t rely on it for anything heavy. Overall, a decent product if used within its limits. I’d buy it again!

Holds posters without damaging walls
I use this to put posters and banners up on walls. Some of these are 90"x18" (245cmx45cm). We just moved into a new building and I'm reluctant to start putting nails and screws into the pristine walls and paint (do not use on freshly painted walls - mine have cured for weeks). I used a 'small pea' sized (1/4" or 5mm) piece every 12-18" (30-45cm). I make sure I knead and stretch each piece well until it feels warm. I'm not sure if that's a given direction. I just remember it from another brand. I have only had a couple pieces fail by the next day and I just re-kneaded them. It's been weeks since then and no problems. As far as reusing posters, I find this works better with laminated or glossy posters, or better quality paper. Cheaper 'craft' paper is less dense and the putty has enough 'grip' to pull up the paper fibres from the paper. [Three years later: Almost all of the posters I put up three years ago stayed up. Several of these are long banners. One of those partially came off after a few cold days, but re-kneading the putty and remounting stayed up until now. I'm leaving that room, so everything came down today. That was fairly easy. Half the putty dots stuck to the wall and half stuck to the poster. They all kneaded off easily, but a couple of spots pulled up the top coat of paint. I think that was more about the paint job than the putty being too aggressive. Aside from picking out the couple of paint chips, I just kneaded all the dots back into one lump and stored in a small plastic bag. ] I spend my summers painting for a school district. I have seen - and repaired - too many walls damaged by staples, nails, screw, and especially tape (cellophane, masking, painter's, duct tape, double-sided foam tape, etc). The tape is especially bad for either leaving adhesive residue or pulling up paint and/or drywall paper. I admit I'm a bit fanatical about using poster putty, as I repeatedly repair the results of more common methods.

Handy and reusable, but loses stickiness over time
This adhesive putty is very useful for hanging lightweight items like posters, photos, and notes without damaging walls. I like that it’s reusable and easy to remove, leaving no marks behind. It holds well on smooth surfaces and is simple to shape and apply. I’ve used it at home and in the office with good results. However, it does lose some stickiness after repeated use or if it gets dusty, so you may need to replace pieces more often than expected. It also struggles with heavier items. Overall, it’s a convenient, affordable solution for temporary mounting and organization.

Very useful
I ordered these for installing wallpaper in my dollhouse, but found them so effective, I have used them for a variety of projects. They are stronger than you would think and are easy to remove. I had to reorder to have some on hand for future projects.

Versatile and long lasting!
Love this stuff. I got it to test where I wanted to hang posters on the wall. My usual go to is if I like it, I wait until it eventually falls then put it up more solidly with whatever other material (textured walls). It stays up for so long even though it's so easily removable. It's really impressive. It's good for keeping minis in place or like a utensil divider that slides around in a drawer. I've used it for routing ethernet cable around a room/up a door frame. Additionally, when it comes off if a surface I've never noticed any damage or stain. 10/10 I'll always buy this

Works fine with my Figures for Diorama sets!
What can be said other than easy to use for little 1/87 and 1/64 scale people figures in diorama's I custom make. I love this as a hobby and when It hit me that these would work (I used this type of product in my teens when it first came out in the late 70's to hang posters on my wall and not have to put holes in there and hear my parents complain ha!), but then I realized, this would work for the little guys I use in my hobby...and sure enough found some they now make (these) for small objects like the figurines... well I apparently didn't have a Original idea on its use, seems it is now marketed for this...well awesome because I love this stuff! And its affordable! Unlike other parts of my hobby! Art and creative imagination is great for your health! Explore and create, and I can now set these little guys up when I am on my free down time! Thanks guys, great product! Love it! PS doesn't take any pieces of paper, plastics, etc off when I remove it from what ever surface I put it on either, incase you never used it, its safe on ALL surfaces...well maybe not hot/warmer, it could melt. Super cold it will harden and crack, wouldn't work, but regular temperatures, which is what its intended for, not only will it work, if you want, you can reuse it over and over before it finally just kind of gives out lol....I can make a 1/4 inch (even smaller) last MANY uses,, moving my guys around and reattaching. Hope this review helps!

It sticks! But too well.. damaged my wall.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend the item. Item does what it says. Used it for a poster in my Son's room. Stayed up, with no issues for well over a year. Then why wouldn't I recommend it? Cut to today, when I went to replace the poster and put up some shelves. I tried to remove the poster, it removed a big chunk of the paint/finish on the wall. I pulled out my heat gun and warmed up the putty. I was able to remove it from the wall, but even then, it pulled of some of the paint and texture. It's ok for the price, but the repair on the wall is going to easily cost more than is worth it. I should have used a couple of pins and just used toothpaste to fill the holes it left.. live and learn!

Perfecto para pegar posters
Necesitaba algo para pegar todos mis posters, compre esto y aún se mantienen en la pared, si tienes gotelé usa bolas algo más anchas, va muy bien.
