Does it roll out or non moveable eyeliner?

It’s like a felt that absorbs the product.

I’m not sure what you mean by that. I’m over 55- I have been using this eyeliner since I discovered it about 5 years ago. I have allergies, my eyes water. I use this with an eyelid primer. It stays on ALL DAY. I love it. It is not cheap. I don’t think a lot of teenagers would be spending their hard earned money for a quality product. They would tend to buy to buy one that doesn’t need to preform this high. My opinion. I use it almost every day and one pen lasts for 5 or 6 months.
