Good quality product at a very reasonable price. Reasonably straightforward to fit providing you take time reading the installation instructions e.g. how to turn the flush plate button for horizontal fit / how to adjust the frame height - which will dictate the height of the pan. I found a quick look at youtube was invaluable - there are a couple of manufacturer demo's plus a load of project fitting videos. I'd certainly recommend this frame - can't beat it for the money.

Good bit of kit, definitely value for money as you get the wall brackets included some online plumbing centres were more expensive just for the frame and wanted extra for the brackets. Instructions are rubbish tho, online videos aren't much better, make sure to set the floor distance for the frame with the soil pipe and then the required centre height for the waste outlet from the floor. Then level it all up and mark the walls for the brackets

This is value for money and quite easy install. The benefit of Grohe concealed cistern is that it can be serviced through the push button flush plate by simply removing plate. After a month a trickle of water began constantly flowing from cistern into toilet pan. Apparently the internal flush tube had a piece of grit lodged which was not letting it close properly( a common problem with toilets). I removed flush plate twisted the internal flush tube, and lifted it up. This released all cistern water - which took the piece of grit with it. I put the flush tube back as it was. And problem solved.

Everything included in the kit is of high quality and when installed it worked perfectly without any problems. The instructions however are difficult to understand, being in the form of idograms. A little head stratching was required. The wall plate if of good quality, however I would have preferred it with smaller buttons and a little more discrete. As this was being boxed in with access restricted afterwards I am glad I bought this quality item. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

I was looking to refurbish the cloak room with something a little modern and functional with a clean finish. I was initially looking to buy Gerberet frame but they were a little too expensive. I ummed and aahed and suddenly I found this Grohe frame which was cheaper than Gerberet and for me Grohe is THE brand for mw when it comes to bathroom fittings as they last forever. My builder told me that the fitting was straight forward and he had no issues with it. There are a lot of choices for the buttons too that look quite good. Both standard sizes of the toilet pans can be installed to this frame so there is no concern on that front. If you are looking for a concealed cistern and are looking to buy something that will last a long time, then you cant really go wrong with Gerberet or Grohe frames and they will always be better than the no name frames being sold on a few places.

I have fitted 3 of these to date and they are a breeze to fit if you have moderated DIY skills. I am not a professional plumber just a gifted amateur DIYer. The engineering on these Grohe toilets is superb, everything is well thought out with a view to installation and ongoing maintenance, and providing you do your prep work and read the instructions in advance there is no reason why you cannot have swap out an old toilet with this model in a few hours (excluding grouting the back tile work if you have any).

Don’t buy button is wrong and Amazon won’t help absolutely gutted frame already fitted And didn’t know it was wrong because button/flush plate doesn’t get fitted till after it’s tilled

El producto y sus piezas venían totalmente sueltos dentro de la caja. La movías un poco y se notaba cómo todo se golpeaba por dentro. Encima, la caja tenía un agujero por el que se perdieron algunas piezas. Pagas más por una marca “premium” y al final te llega en un estado pésimo. Para rematar, llegó con un día de retraso.

Nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung konnte festgestellt werden, dass der zugesagte Lieferung vollständig beigefügt war. Gut sind auch die beiliegenden Beschreibungen für das Aufstellen und montieren der Wandhalterung und der Anschlüsse.
