HONEST PRODUCT REVIEW: this stuff really works! I am currently nursing my third baby and I have struggled with Supply with all three. My previous two babies I tried the fenugreek supplements, oatmeal, mother's milk tea, fennel essential oil... nothing really seemed to make a noticeable difference on my Supply. I started this supplement when my baby is about 2 weeks old. She has a lip tie and had a poor latch in the beginning. She didn't seem to be stimulating as much as I needed to make what she needed. She is now five months old and this is the best Supply I have ever had! I had to start off slow, it made me gassy at first. I could only do one dropper full in the morning. I currently do 2 droppers full most mornings unless I am working several days in a row, then I will do it twice a day to support my milk because I don't get to pump as often at work. I have enough to feed her and even a little extra, which never happened before! It's nice because it seems to gently support my Supply. If I miss a day I don't notice a difference or a drop, and it also doesn't give me an oversupply that I have to deal with. I just always seem to have enough. I tried to go week without it and I did notice I pumped out less that week. The flavor isn't bad and it definitely encourages me to get a full glass of water in first thing in the morning. You can barely taste it when it is mixed in 8 oz of water. I carry the bottle in my purse when I'm on the go. It is super convenient and way easier than pills! Okay, so I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to let anyone trying to find a way of increasing their milk supply know that this is the most unbelievable thing I have ever bought! It literally SAVED me! I have nursed all my children with no difficulties. But after I delivered my 7th child this past March, we realized after a week that she had a very weak latch and was hardly getting any milk! She was losing weight fast, and it was one of the scariest things of my life. So I started pumping and giving her my breastmilk in a bottle, until, even with pumping, I quickly started to dry up!!! I wanted her so badly to have breastmilk, but knew that I was going to have to supplement with formula, maybe eventually switch to formula entirely, which broke my heart! I started researching safe herbs I could take to start producing milk again, and found this! I liked what I read, I liked the reviews on it (the only negative ones I found were from people who were drinking too much water with it, and it was not helping to increase their supply. Yes, it says on the bottle to drink plenty of fluids while taking it, but, contrary to what everybody's telling us, drinking TOO much water can be bad for milk supply, according to my lactation consultant!). Long story short, I ordered it, received it in two days, and started immediately to take it. After all, I was desperate for it to help my supply as fast as possible! But what I did not expect was that after taking half of the recommended daily amount (because it was evening and it hadn't arrived in time to take the morning dose), the next morning I pumped an extra ounce on each side in one sitting! And each day after, at EVERY PUMPING SESSION, I could pump another extra ounce on each side, until by ONE week later I had gone from being able to pump two ounces altogether in the morning in one sitting to 16 OUNCES altogether in ONE morning pumping session!!! Incredible!!! I've never had anything work so quickly and so well! I only had to supplement for the two days that I was waiting for it to arrive! If you have any kind of difficulties with low milk supply, buy this!!! I recommended it to a friend of mine already, who was so worried because she didn't have enough milk for her son, and one week later she came up to me, so happy and relieved, and so thankful that I had told her about it, because it was drastically bringing her milk supply up! I'm going to tell all the nursing mother's I know about this product!! I'm just in awe! It's so nice to know that there is actually something out there that is not only safe and truly effective, but also takes effect so quickly. Everything a desperate and worried nursing mother needs it to be!

So I bought this product when I had our 3rd daughter and needed to increase my milk supply. But I noticed that it actually had the opposite effect on me. It almost immediately dropped my milk supply and it also caused me to begin bleeding again (Almost like a period, but with no particular end date)...which is not normal for my pregnancies. I don't get my period when I'm breastfeeding. So I stopped using it. Well, we just had our 4th daughter and now that I'm back to working, I wanted to see if I could increase my supply a bit more to store extra for her. I still had almost the entire bottle leftover from our other daughter, so I tried it again. Before taking the NatalNourish, I was not bleeding and I had a very nice strong milk flow. After taking it for about 5 days, I have had a drastic decrease in my supply and I started bleeding again almost immediately. I think the product is essentially making me menstruate, and typically milk supplies drop while a woman is on her period. But as I don't ordinarily get a period while I'm breastfeeding, this supplement is having negative effects on my milk supply. I'm not knocking the product or company itself. I just think that I'm one of those women whose body doesn't react well to the ingredients in it. Someone in the above comments mentioned that Fenugreek can have the opposite effect in some women, and it looks like I'm one of those people
