I use these weighted plates as inserts to my weighted vest. The style fit perfectly into my vest. Great quality, durable and worth the value of the money.

If thay had a little more curve to him, they would be perfect
I think these are great weight plates. I would give these a five star if they had any bit of curvature to them at all. They’re way too flat, but that is kind of par for the course but if they had a tiny bit of curvature to them, they’d be way more comfortable. I may put some heat on them and bend them a little bit.
