25m Orange Caravan / Camping Hook up Extension Lead Cable with 16 amp Blue Plug and Socket

I wanted a well made, safe and 'fit for purpose' EHU cable for my motorhome, and after much searching found this one. It arrived in good time, and has good quality fittings - but the main reason for choosing this one is the fact that it's made in the UK, and is PAT tested for safety - it even has a little gold sticker to prove it, and that means a lot to someone like me who doesn't like getting electric shocks from dodgy Chinese made cables when it rains . . . Also it uses 2.5mm cable and is therefore more than up for the job, unlike many others that use smaller section cheaper cable with a much lower current rating - and it's bright orange so the Caravan Club will like it ;-) Admittedly not as flexible as a smaller section cable, but a small price to pay for safety (a larger section cable like this is much less likely to overheat or catch fire when everything is switched on). With care, it should last for years - highly recommended.

Used this the weekend before Easter for the first time. Quality is excellent, length perfect. The weather was very mixed with downpours of rain followed by gales. This meant using the cable nearly all the time we were in the van. It worked faultlessly and didn't trip the electric once, unlike some alternatives in the market.

just what I was looking for and was using it with in 3days of getting it and no problems with it am gland 2 say as it was 20m from my motorhome to the hook up point in the camp we were in as my old 1 is only 10 m
