Dermablend Chroma 1/2 Concealer, Warm Ivory

I use this concealer daily to hide irregular pigmentation, dark under-eye circles and small scars. It is far and away the best concealer product that I have tried ( I have tried many over the years) This product is highly pigmented, easy to blend and does not budge easily. The colour I chose matched my skin tone perfectly.

It’s probably better for smooth tattooed skin. Scars are a different issue and it’s not as camouflage as is have liked.

Maybe it's my skin? Looks absolutely amazing for about an hour but it stays wet/oily and as soon as you touch your face at all you end up with crazy stripes. Fir context I work 7 days a week as an elderly carer...they have their heating on year round and i am always hot but my face doesn't sweat but I do find myself swiping my forehead with the side of my forefinger and then I catch myself in the mirror and hour later (after my elderly clients have been squinting at me for a while) and realise I'm looking like a bar code for the stripes. I've tried setting powder and spray too.

It’s ok but very cakey!! Bring back the leg and body Dermablend much easier to apply and stays on longer will you have it back in stock soon!!!!!!!!! Despite 😳

Did not cover my face at all I have hyper pigmented marks since pregnancy - my other foundation cover was better, really disappointed with the product- I think it is probably better for darker skin tones and or I have the wrong shade

This stays in place very well with fixing powder and covers better than usual concealers. When blended properly it looks natural. Took me a while to learn how to use it. The little pot will last a good while.

Product does exactly as described, ordered again for my sister !

Habe mir viel von dieser Cover Creme erhofft, da sie im Netz ja recht gehyped wird. PRO: - schneller Versand (kam deutlich früher an als die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit) - große Farbauswahl, auch für helle Hauttypen - LSF 30 CONTRA: - recht teuer - Produkt ist ziemlich "fettig", ich habe normale bis Mischhaut und auf meinem Gesicht sieht das Ganze dann aus als hätte ich mir Butter drauf geschmiert. Mit einer Tonne Puder sieht das dann besser aus, aber naja - Deckkraft: mein Gesicht (sehr helle Haut mit Aknenarben) wirkt total zugekleistert, alle dunkleren Narben sind dennoch sichtbar und Unebenheiten werden unschön betont, da sich das Make-up in Fältchen und Pickeln stärker absetzt. - Haltbarkeit: bereits nach ein paar Stunden kommt der Glanz wieder zurück und man muss nachpudern. Außerdem hält das Make-up dem geringsten Schwitzen z.B. beim Sprint zum Bus nicht stand und verläuft sofort. Selbes Problem wenn man sich kurz ins Gesicht fasst. Hätte gerne mehr positives geschrieben aber habe mir ehrlich gesagt viel bessere Ergebnisse von dem Produkt versprochen. Meine Alternative, die viel besser hält und abdeckt, sind die kleinen Camouflage Cremes von Artdeko!

Seriously!!! I had what looked like a black eye in my left eye from under-eye injections and this is the BEST stuff to cover the bruising. Really!!! I tried all types of concealers from a bunch of different brands and NOTHING works like Dermablend!!! Trust me!!! After trying many others, this is the easiest and does the job so easily. NO other brand covers like Dermablend!!! Don't waste your money trying others because I've already done it for you, for the past few years; that's a lot of money I wasted because I was trying cheaper solutions but ended up paying more because nothing works like this. Spend the money and get real coverage that actually works. I went to the doctor's office, two weeks later, for follow up appointment and they couldn't even tell!!! I had to take it off, right then and there so they could see how it actually looked. Of course, I took the dermablend with me in my purse and reapplied it in their bathroom after the appointment so that I could confidently go out in public without embarassment. Yes, this is the best and I highly recommend it! My tip: if you have literally ver dark purple/blue bruising, apply a first layer, (I did it over Olay vitamin c Peptide moisturizer, after the moisturizer dried), then let the first layer "dry" for about 5-10 min to "set", then you can apply a dab of setting powder, then apply a second layer or even third layer, and this stuff really works. Sometimes, I used a setting powder, sometimes I didn't so I'm not sure you need the setting powder. I suppose the setting powder helps to set the first layer faster, but after the first layer of setting powder, I didn't use it again, I just kept layering on the dermablend because I didn't want a cakey look. But sometimes I would just keep layering dermablend; it seriously works wonders, best stuff ever!!!! I can't emphasize this enough; totally worth the price.

I've been using this stuff for over 40 years. Yup, I'm old. It was under $20 when I first bought it and that was expensive back in the 80's. Obviously I love it and have found nothing to replace it. I used nothing under it and only recently started using the setting powder. They stopped making the color I used for so long and I had no idea what I needed with the new designation. So I went to a high end store with a cosmetic counter and they tried different colors on me. Nothing worked but they were out of what would have been the right color. So I bought one that was close, but a little too dark and one that was close but a little too light. I use my finger and take a swipe of each color, then blend on my face. It works! I usually need a darker shade in summer and lighter in winter, so as I said it works. I don't understand people who complain about caking and not staying on. I've never had it cake and frankly in a humid climate in hot weather NOTHING stays on! If it did, you would never be able to get it off. Water proof? Again, if it stayed on while swimming you would fight to get it off. It's a cream, not cement people. My advice is to find a high end store and have them try their sampler colors to find what works. As I said, when they were out of what would be my color I just mix two with my finger. The coverage is fantastic. I now have age spots (hate those things!) and it covers those great. Living in a more arid climate I have no problems with it staying on all day. Those who don't like it are either very oily skined, living in a very humid and hot place, or using it wrong. I see lots of that in the negative comments yet it isn't rocket science either. The only one star I saw that was valid was one that got a used container. If they are going to sell those they should discount and give the customer a choice if they want used. But then, it was probably a lazy employee that send it. There are lots of those around.

I've used Dermablend for 15 years. This is the only makeup I use and it covers very well. The trick to this makeup is how you apply it. After scooping out what you need and placing in your palm, use the spatula to stir it around. The heat of your hand will soften the makeup. Keep working it until it's as soft as you want it. In the winter, I'll breathe into my palm if my hands are cold. I always start with a makeup primer on my trouble ares. The chin, laugh lines and upper lip and the little creases beside each nostril. This is where the makeup likes to separate but if you use primer first it won't separate at all during the day. I then use a cosmetic sponge wedge. The disposable kind. On areas I need more coverage, I pat the makeup on. Then I let it set for a couple of minutes (air dry) and then I pat another layer on. After my entire face is covered to my liking I walk around my house for about 5 minutes to allow the makeup to set up on it's own. On hot days, I'll stand in front of a fan to help it along. Then I take my big powder puff and lightly tap on powder all over my face. Then I'll brush off the excess with a giant makeup brush. Once that is done, I apply the rest of my makeup. During the day I gently blot my chin and around my laugh lines and creases by each nostril with kleenex. You don't need special blotting papers. Kleenex and toilet paper work just as well. Sometimes I put a little compact powder on my face but otherwise, this makeup doesn't budge and I never have to touch it up. I've worked out with it on. I've been caught in a down poor of rain with it on. It never moved. Yes it will rub off if you blow your nose. Yes it will smudge onto your clothes if you are not careful. It's makeup, not a tattoo. It does, can and will come off if you don't pay attention to what you are doing. But for those of us that need the coverage of this makeup, it works.

I love the Dermablend Complete Coverage, ai have used it for years. However, Dermablend has discontinued the 10 N that I have used for 15 years and I can't find anything close to the coverage that I like.
