Is this waterproof? I have watery eyes

It isn't advertised as waterproof, so the answer must be No. However, I too have watery eyes and I find this mascara to be excellent, doesn't bother my eyes, doesn't cause them to water, and doesn't smudge. Ever since I discovered it I haven't bought any other mascara. Have to let you make your own decision!

Is it supposed to come security sealed? Mine came without any wrapping round the product and it seems like it could’ve been opened

I cant really remember but I dont think it was sealed but came in a blue package. As boxed

Is this an oil free mascara?

I am not sure but I do feel it as oil free.... the last one I ordered on Amazon was slightly dry, more than in the shops so that was not great!
