Generator started giving me trouble within a month after install. A two second delay on just about every start.I had it pulled and opened up to reveal a bad bearing and burnt all through out inside of starter.

I purchased this item and installed it upon receipt. The starter worked great but the generator was not charging the battery. I contacted the seller and they replied quickly asking for photos of the installed part. I sent these and then heard nothing. Several months later I wrote a review saying I was disappointed in the service. Once again they quickly responded. This time asking if I would like a full credit because of the problem. (I was not asked to return the faulty part) I accepted the offer and the credit was issued. I appreciate the great recovery. Not sure why the ball got dropped the first time but their response was quick and generous the second time.

installed for about two weeks and went out! not real happy!

Did not turn would, would not work. Piece of junk. Don't buy!!!!! We bought as a back up. Took to mechanic to put on in August of 24. We had stored it indoors. Frozen. Expensive mistake.
