Could it stick wax ? Ive a broken wax candle

Wouldn't waste your time with this product. We paid a lot of money for it and it hasn't stuck a thing

Does this mark the surface underneath? I've got real wood floors and want to secure something to the floor.

No this comes off fairly easily and doesn’t leave a sticky residue
