Unfortunately, it really IS cheap plastic and so it IS very expansive for what it is! I thought I was gonna break it on the first day. You need to handle it with care if you don't want to break it. So unless you need something to carry both monofilament and neurotip in your pocket during your ward rounds ... don't buy it. It's not worth it.

This device is essentially a means of standardising the pressure applied to a monofilament and a neurotip, both of which can be used by hand with results which are generally sufficiently accurate. In the circumstances, £14.99 is expensive for the limited benefit which the device delivers.

Brought this to keep in my car and use in clinic - it does the job.

For the price this is the perfect pressure tool to have tucked in your pocket - well made and discreet

Good service however just a bit flimsy and not really what I was looking for will take it apart and use the bits I want.

Very disappointed with the design of this pen - the flimsy point kept bending which really is not acceptable when requiring this tool for professional purposes.
