As a body builder I already take a myriad of supplements, I have not however taken steroids as I feel at 31 years old the negative long term side effects outweigh the benefits. But I have been looking for a natural boost. And this gave me what I was looking for, I’ve got increased mental clarity, my body seems to recover faster after workouts, and I feel overall healthier. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for natural supplements without the horrible taste.

I ordered this ultra-concentrated Fadogia to increase my athletic performance on the tennis courts and also to increase my health overall. It may even serve to give an added boost to my libido as an added fringe benefit. I can't actually award the product five stars, not yet anyway, because I have not been taking it long enough. I can say that I have had no adverse side effects to report initially, and I hope to be able to come back here after a while to update my review and report how I am feeling. I did let my healthcare professional know that I am taking Fadogia, and I suggest that everyone do the same just to be sure. As far as I know, the FDA has not officially evaluated the herb to determine its value or efficacy for delivering all its purported benefits, but I do remain hopeful that taking it will work for me. The bottle contains 60 capsules and the serving size is two capsules per day.

I definitely feel great when I take it. Like really great. So I started reading. Huberman takes 600mg of a 10:1 extract. The recommended dose for this one is 1200mg and it's a 30:1 extract. Huberman's dose is the equivalent of 6 grams. The recommended dose for this product is the equivalent of 36 grams. Please exercise caution and do your due diligence. Strongly recommend reaching out to a doctor, preferably an endocrinologist, for an expert opinion. You only get two nuts and two kidneys. Don't mess them up.

I have been buying this product for a while. I personally thought it was very good. However, I have been seeing a lot of them either open or not full all the way. I don’t know if it’s a mistake or they’re trying to cheap us out haha

I didn't expect them to work as well as they did. Roughly ~30-50% increase in size including defrens. Volume output is debatable. Kinda weird at first, feels like walking around with a softball in your sack. They also helped me sleep, whether it's the vague MAOI property they have or otherwise, perhaps some other interaction with something else I take. Your mileage may vary.
