Neat
Nice design but basic. No volume control. Instructions are poor. Very poor. Couldnt make out the silly symbols. Anyway doesnt really matter as the basic bell doesnt really have any features. But it works and as i say is neat looking. Happy.

So far I have had not issue with the ring. It is waterproof as it has not damaged in the rain.

Outstanding customer service from The Electrical Showroom. Following purchase in Feb 2017 one of the plug-in doorbells stopped working in December 2017. The Electrical Showroom immediately dispatched a replacement under guarantee without any fuss or hassle - very impressed. New unit was with me in a couple of days. Will certainly be using again and would recommend highly.

Not reliable
This was purchased for my mothers appartment, to replace an older doorbell system. I installed this as instructed and it work as expected for a week or so. After 7-10 days the buzzer started to beep at regular intervals (approx 5 seconds) suggesting a low battery. I then chaged the battery in the push-button unit, hoping this would improve the situation, however after a few hours the beeps started again. I expect from Honeywell, so it has been returned to Amazon as faulty.

Doorbell - Works When It Wants Too
Bought this for its ‘quality’ name. I had previous doorbell for over 10 years from same manufacturer. I haven’t had this one 10 weeks and it’s going back! I have missed callers and deliveries because this doorbell doesn’t work 100% of the time. You feel the click when it’s pressed, but the doorbell doesn’t chime. I was wondering why I kept missing deliveries.
