Overall a disappointment. Bought it for my husband as a gift because he was asking for one. Have to take all of the cards out each time. Has a hard time accessing just one. Heavy in his pocket.

There are other reviews on here talking about how they received an off brand wallet, and it was cheap materiel. NO ladies and gentlemen, my wallet is an official ridge bonafide wallet and the metal parts are as thin as paper. The wallet, the 150 dollar wallet when you flick it it is plastic to the sound. I got the ocean pacific colorway. It sounds plastic. This product is not worth 150 dollars !!!! Ahahahaha like this is a joke. I will keep wallet for extra go-to.. it is smaller and I have an apple AirTag thing so those additions get this review a 1 star otherwise I’d give it a 0 for quality of materiel. this review is simply review just getting it out of the box no actual use yet. The “SECRID” wallets are much higher quality.

Very disappointed with the product! I was really looking forward to this but unfortunately I had the forge Pacific. unfortunately the blue paint was coming off right when I got out of the box and continue to fall off after a week. I wish they put some kind of clear coating to protect it. For something that so expensive I would expect it to be more durable after a week of having this I'm returning it. Recommend not buying this until they fix this issue.

I was unsure about this at first. The wieght is very light to point i forget i have it on me. The color is absolutely fantastic. I love the mix of the blue and carbon design. So far it's been durable. Still not sure of the rfid protection with no way to test it. This does take some time to get used to on using it efficiently to get to certain cards or ID.

I had this product for about 6.5 months and the wallet has been very good for me. It is stylish and really reduced the needed space in your pocket. HOWEVER, the strap to hold your money is very cheaply made. It broke after 6 months of usage, which is very disappointing considering the price of the wallet overall. Overall, if the cash strap was actually durable and made well, I would have rated this a 5, but given the circumstances, I can only rate this a 3.

Im really sad it looks nothing like the photos. I've had my last ridge over 10 years and loved it. So I bought the forged one with blue and it looks like they printed it on plastic and put it in the sand blaster. It's small flakes, it's dull and it feels like I sanded it with a DA. It looks nothing like photos and feels like it should cost $20 max. I will be returning it as it is not worth $150. Sad because I've been a customer since the beginning and loved the one I had for 10 years.

Why did I have to order from Amazon for a cheaper price & free shipping. It’s unfortunate I couldn’t get this same deal right from RIDGE website. I’m not complaining however Ridge should offer the same deals in my opinion 🤷‍♂️ already own one this is a gift, I love mine!

Initially I am impressed by the simple design and execution. It’s very slick. I got the ocean, which is carbon fiber with the blue flecks of aluminum. That brings me to my only criticism. The blue is tiny bits, not the same as the black carbon fiber shreds which are larger. It looks kind of like it was sprinkled with blue salt. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s not what the picture looks like either. I don’t intend to return it over that but I knocked off a star. Represent. As far as functionality, I am adapting to the daily usage. It disappears in the pocket which is nice. I really like the cash strap which I didn’t think I would. It came with the money clip included which I thought I would prefer, but after using it both ways I removed the clip. Btw, you can use both simultaneously, something I never saw in the advertisements. It adds to the bulk a good deal tho. Overall, I’d recommend the Ridge to anyone who wants to try to streamline their edc. It’s a bit pricey, but it is excellent design. For me that takes a lot of the sting out of it. I don’t mind paying a premium for premium design. I still get a little flustered whenever I have to dig around to find my drivers license, but I think that’s just a matter of getting used to the thing. It’s small, which is a good thing, but my fingers sometimes don’t work like they should when I’m holding a small smooth item. I’m sure I’ll adapt. I like the way the elastic holds everything together with the ideal amount of tension. That aspect of the design is very well tuned. It’s a good secure hold but still easy to operate. I am not worried about anything accidentally falling out. I find myself carrying eight or nine cards, what with all the necessary ids, permits, atms etc. There is definitely more capacity should one need it. I am not really sure how much I need the RFID protection, but it’s good to know it’s there anyway.

it looks and feels great, small sized, well built, and just overall great, much smaller than my leather fold, wish the magsafe was an option with this design though i understand it's not really possible
