These puzzles are ideal for kids from about 15 months onwards, they will not really be physically able to put the puzzles together at that time but that's the whole point of buying it, for them to learn how to do it and encourage their fine motor skills development. Also this puzzle will make them think on how to put it together. It's not meant for older kids as they will easily get bored, but I think a child can play with it up to about 2 and a half years old. My kids love it, I got it for them when they were about 14-15 months. They love the colors and quickly figured out which it the dog and which is the fish. This is a great starter puzzle. Ideal for kid that age, with the bright colours and different shapes. Plus I think the price is well worth it! Eventually we will move on to bigger puzzles of course, but this is a good beginning.

This is a great introduction to puzzles. I got these for my little boy a while ago and he loves them. They are really colourful and easy to put together, although they need to be on a flat surface for little ones to put together as my boy tries to put them together in his hands and sometimes gets frustrated. These are also great for learning the names of animals. These have been played with a lot so they were definitely a good buy for me. I give this 5 stars but please be aware they are made from cardboard so although they are quite thick, they are not nibble proof as I found out. Overall a great buy and I definitely recommend.

These are good, basic puzzles for little ones. The recommended age range is 18 months plus, which I would say is accurate. Each puzzle is made of sturdy cardboard and is two pieces, so great for beginners. You have six animals - dog, cat, rabbit, tortoise, mouse and fish...I do wonder why the dog is purple and the rabbit blue though. I'm probably being picky, but I think they could have used more realistic colours. I'm happy with these though, my little girl loves them and I'd be happy to purchase other puzzles from the range in the future.

My son took his time to come round to puzzles but once he started playing with these and learning how the pieces fit together, he was hooked. They are great simple puzzles for the little one, really great for learning pets, colours, and even animal sounds as I used to ask him, "how does the kitty say hello?" after he put the pieces of the cat together. Very happy with this purchase.

This is an amazing puzzle for toddlers to start with. Perfect size, bigger than I expected, gets my 19 months old's attention. She now can put the puzzles together, she just struggles to fit them well which will come with time. I would definitely recommend. Good quality, I think better than some stuff I have seen on the high street, even in John Lewis.

I bought Galt New Baby Puzzles -Jungle and Pets for my 15 month old daughter to complement other wooden puzzles. She has absolutely loved it from the word go. Construction Card Board Pieces (each animal split in half) and bright colours. At under 3 GBP these puzzles are more than a bargain for the amount of time they keep my daughter busy. She loves to identify the animals, make sounds and emote. She is now 17 months and can match the two pieces and even put few animals together. Learning ? Yes Fun ? Yes Engaging ? Yes Worth it ? Yes Really pleased with this purchase.

Very nice puzzles, bit pricy and not suitable for 2 years old I would say more 16 months old as my daughter did them very easily and got bored quickly

Hallo an alle diese Puzzle Serie ist wunderschön für Kleinkinder. Ich hatte eines was nun in die Jahre gekommen ist und deshalb habe ich hier genau das gleiche gefunden. Unsere Tochter ist jetzt 2 und sie liebt diese Puzzle Serie alle Teile sehr toll verarbeitet und machen vergleichbar viel mit. Wie gesagt das letzte der Firma hat schon mehrere Kinder überstanden und dieses wird es wohl auch schaffen.

My 2 year old loves these. Great quality, big pieces, uses again and again. I want every set!
