I have a love and a hate thing with these scales so far, I love that it tracks so much and connects to phone, looks nice, BUT it’s stating I’m 2lb heavier than my usual scales I had been using for a year but that’s my only down fall

I tried RENPHO at my friend's place, it was amazing. The number is very accurate, it responses immediately after I stepped on. That's why I bought this one. Although it is an used one, it still stays the same as new, great value for money!

Love these scales. Links up to the app easy enough and then tells you everything. Can track your weight too so no need to write it down.

The scales are so good the whole family got them, easy to read and also connects to your phone so all the information is kept together, nice size very accurate.

Initially thought these were great. However after only a week they started not showing the correct weight. This was fixed with recalibration and removing then replacing the batteries again (as per the manufacturers instructions), however the problem was happening more often and now, despite following all the troubleshooting suggestions, they are not weighing accurately. I've only had them a month. The customer care was also really shocking. When you go to 'product support' it gives a number to call - I tried this but it said the team were too busy to accept calls. So I emailed and again followed the instructions and provided the information they requested: proof of purchase, photo of the scales with a weight on so they can see the displayed weight verses the specified weight placed on the scales and gave a written explanation of the problem. They replied saying that as I had purchased them through Amazon and not directly through them, there was nothing they could do. What a joke and a waste of time! What is the point of having a link to them, via amazon, if that's their stance! So have the hassle of having to return them now and will NOT be getting anything from the RENPHO brand again.

I had to do a return the first time I ordered this scale, seems I had a scale that was returned - it was used. After receiving my new one - I couldn’t be more impressed!! I love the colours and design of the scale, but more important are the functions. I’m working hard to become healthier and with all the body composition data, I now know what areas need more improvement. It’s really cool to see everything laid out into charts and explanations. I’m really excited to get to my goal! Highly recommend this scale! Love it!!

very impressed with this scales. looks good. nice display. accurate against my other scales. what is the big plus is the app. very easly to uses. records immediately and lots of information available to help track weight, muscle. bone density water etc. for the price well worth the money
