I repurchased a new thumb /wrist brace I made a mistake by ordering a childs one, I tried to return it no go although the item was unopened I could not return it lost the cost and had to make sure I ordered the right on the brace is superb good value would not hesitate to carefully order another.

Item doesnt fit my 8 years old grandson and i cant return it!

Exactly what we needed to stop our toddler pulling his bandages off post hand/wrist surgery. worked perfectly for the full 3 weeks.

Quality is good but it is really small! Says upto 12 years but would not fit my 8 year old. It cannot be returned.

Excellent product as it is quick and simple to put on by my child. It gave me the reassurance that the wrist isn't going to be injured further while it's healing, and gave my child the confidence to get on with life. The brace has a metal removable splint which is unobstrusive and comfortable. The only thing is, the description says up to 12 years old. My child is 8 and has slender wrist and the brace is just the right size so I'm not sure if you'd want to consider adult size for older or bigger children.

Unfortunately had the same problem as we do with the NHS ones that my son has been given. He's only 5yrs old and suffers from Hyper Mobility Syndrome and finds writing at school very tiring and painful. As he'd been refusing to use the NHS ones as the Velcro was rubbing on his arm and stopping him from gripping the pen as much as he would without it on, I went in search for a new one. Although this fits his little wrist perfectly, he can't grip his pen as well (just like the nhs ones) so makes hand writing harder and a lot messier. So after testing it out this afternoon we will be sending it back for a refund and hopefully find an alternative product that fits my sons needs.

The brace is very nicely fitting the wrist and exactly as mentioned in the product description. The velcros are good and overall quality of the brace is good too. Its doing the job perfectly. Easy to apply and gives a peace of mind as its keeping the injured wrist totally secure.

Looks like a good product but ordered for a small female adult as thought this might fit (adult ones seem very big & clumbersome) however it was too small & had'nt quite taken in that it was non refundable. Literally tried it over a stockinette and put it back in the box. Very dissapointing as a lot of money to waste, a lesson well leant 😥

My 3 yo son broke his arm. We originally thought it was a sprain and immediately purchased this. My son wore it to the doctors office for his visit. The doctor actually gave us the option to get a full cast or use this. We opted to use this brace instead of the full cast. The doctor said if it were his 3 yo he would use this brace too as it fits my son perfectly. The doctor asked where I got it from. He said he sees a lot of bad braces but really liked this one. He said the risk of re-injury with this brace is higher than with a full cast but because of my son's age and ability to heal quickly this will give us more flexibility during bath time, keeping it clean etc. I ordered a second one so I can always have a clean one on hand.

This is a great brace! It fits our very petite seven year old daughter perfectly. Her wrist is barely 5 inches circumference. It was hard to find something small enough for her, and also hard to find something that really braced the hand and not just the wrist. She had a non-displaced metacarpal fracture (the long bones in the palm of the hand). The orthopedist was impressed with the brace and thought it was exactly what she needed to stabilize the fracture. This is a great brace, but there are a few shortcomings. First, the Velcro is very weak. After about a week of wear, I had to add new Velcro because the straps just wouldn't stick any longer. Not a big deal. Second, the strap that goes across the hand is too short, even for her tiny hand. I had to extend it. Third, the metal wrist brace is starting to wear through the black part on the inside of the hand. She has now worn it about four weeks. Not sure I can fix that part. All in all, she is happy with it, we are happy with the support it provides, the doctor thought it was good for her, it fits well, she likes the way it makes her skin feel (smooth and soft like baby skin), it's removable (unlike a cast)--we would purchase again.

The description said it was for children up to age 12. My daughter is 11 and small for her age. It was VERY small. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over the age of 5. The product seemed of good quality just VERY small. It was non returnable but customer service was great and has issued me a refund.
