Nice tap, looks posh and feels nice and solid, i used PTFE plumbers tape and not one drip anywhere! But it is tight inside the tap and yes a poor design, it should come fitted or pressure fit to make it easier. Hand tight is good enough, use a towel to get a good grip of the flexi pipe, until you can turn no more, that’s enough. It Didn’t take long at all to put on, and gave me a chance to re rubber the sink, with a small amount under the tap. for the price it was very good value

This tap is supplied with flex pipes, fixings and rubber gaskets. It is fairly straightforward to fit although I did find the rubber gasket was not thick enough between the tap and the top of the sink and had to add an additional one. The flex pipes had to be hand-tightened but sealed well with the body of the tap. The tap works well with no leaks. My cold pressure is greater than my hot but the tap mixes water well The tap is very well finished as well as being smooth in operation and looks more expensive than it is.

The rubber washer positioned between the tap and basin is too thin, leading to leaks. Additionally, the fixing washer is a single-hole design and very thin, preventing a secure fit. When tightened, it bends, leaving the tap loosely attached to the basin—likely contributing further to the leak. On a positive note, the tap itself appears well-built, with good quality, adequately long flexible water connection pipes. The tool provided makes a easier to screw it down but you still need a spanner to tighten the water pipes. Unfortunately, these issues with the rubber and fixing washers make the tap practically unusable.

Tap looks very good and the water flow is very good even our water pressure isn't big. Easy to install except for the connection between tap and hose as the holes in tap are very deep. Overall great value for money.

Ich war mit der Qualität leider nicht zu frieden. Zu wenig Material, teilweise scharfkantig. Verschleißt nach sehr kurzer Zeit.

Unica pecca è che l'idraulico a cui l'ho fatto installare ha dovuto cambiare i tubi interni che fornisce il venditore in quanto erano di un diametro inferiore rispetto agli attacchi del bagno. La consegna è rapida e l'imballaggio è accurato.
