Maglite Solitaire LED Flashlight - Blue

Very bright version of the Solitaire. I purchased these for my ushers at the wedding. The LED version is much brighter than the old one so is a very useful pocket torch. My ushers use theirs regularly and I keep mine in my car. I would also be prepared to use this as a bike light if the need arose. The only downside is that the increased output means they get through batteries sooner but this is to be expected and AAAs aren't too expensive. As it is so bright, I do sometimes use my old Solitaire in the mornings just so I disturb my wife less as she is quite sensitive to light.

A great little torch, near on indestructible, waterproof. Very bright. I've bought several of these things as I keep giving them to friends as gifts. As night shift workers they find these torches a great bit of extra security on a lanyard or keychain etc. Good job, maglite!

As you'd expect from Maglite, a high quality product. The new LED versions are far better than the old incandescent bulb versions. They last longer and battery life is better. Maglite design is classic - nice finishing, high quality materials. tight tolerances and as such, represents very good value for money. Compact.

Maglites are always great quality so no need to opine on that. I use it within my practice of hypnotherapy to help remove clients' anxieties - does the job nicely!

Good small torch for a key-ring. Not as robust a feeling as my old one though

Brilliant white light. Much brighter throw of light compared to non LED Solitaire.

Crikey it's bright when turned on! Awesome power and brightness - size really isn't important...miles better than the incandescent ones (old bulbs).

Je connais déjà bien ce modèle que je trouve indispensable, car sous un très faible volume cette petite lampe éclaire très bien. Elle est destinée comme cadeau à une amie, et je suis sûr qu'elle sera très contente. Il faut noter aussi que ce modèle LED a gagné en efficacité par rapport au précédent modèle à ampoule

Ich benutze die Lampe beruflich in einer Werkstatt und bin absolut zufrieden. Ich hatte nur zufällig gesehen das es die Solitaire auch als LED Version gibt und dann auch noch reduziert war, sonst hätte ich mir wahrscheinlich die alte Version geholt. Die Lampe ist im Nahbereich wirklich extrem hell, genau für solche Fälle ist sie denke ich auch gemacht. Für nächtliche Waldspaziergänge taugt sie natürlich nichts, aber zum Arbeiten ist die Größe und das Gewicht einfach unschlagbar. Die Batterielaufzeit ist genial, ich komme bei täglicher Benutzung auf knapp 3 Wochen, und das mit nur einer Batterie. Die Qualität ist gewohnt TOP, geliefert in einer Blisterverpackung die man kaum aufgeschnitten bekommt ohne sich zu verletzen, ich meine die alte Version war noch in einer Pappschachtel, naja... Wer also eine kleine und für die Grösse extrem helle Lampe braucht sollte hier zuschlagen. Für den preis bekommt man keine bessere Qualität. Die Helligkeit ist übrigens nicht mit der alten Lampenversion zu vergleichen, es würde sich also auch ein Wechsel lohnen.

Product as described and arrived in a quick time frame. Seller was good and reliable. The torch itself is quite dim and I would probably go for an LED option over this version which I think is halogen. It's handy on my key ring but would be more useful if brighter.
