I wanted a small backlit vanity for a new powder room. My electrician and contractor had both never installed this before and I was exhausted but determined to find the best option. I spoke to probably every large and small light company in the USA, most of which tried to deter me due to cost and use of marble instead of quartzite. In my last attempt, I found these lights on Amazon but still was hesitant because (1) I didn’t know exactly what I needed (2) was worried about quality on Amazon and (3) was nervous to do this myself instead of with a company. So I called their customer service number for advice prior to purchasing and Lily answered. This was the best decision of the whole project. She immediately helped and sent me a detailed email of everything I would need. She put me in touch with Mark who was so helpful and worked through an install plan with me and was willing to talk with my electrician as well. He had also sent me pictures of projects he had installed similar to mine. They are an incredible team! During the project I had run short of a few connector wires and Mark kindly overnighted them to me so I could keep my project on schedule. The lights are sturdy, bright and amazing. We have it on a dimmer on a wall switch and it is impressive both at high and low light levels. My vanity came out exactly as I had envisioned and I couldn’t be happier. We decided to take a chance and attempt to backlight a darker quartzite with light veins (Ravel's Bolero Quartzite). The results are stunning. I had many questions since I was doing this myself with some help from an electrician buddy. Lily was super-responsive and knowledgeable on the product. She referred me to Mark, the point of contact for the product in Florida. He was ultra-responsive as well. This is an amazing lighting system with unparalleled product support in this day and age of automated customer service.

Please provide the recommended diagram for recommended use of the sheets beyond 4 sheet per power supply. There was nowhere to ask the question either. Thank you

This is probably the simplest DIY way to backlit a natural translucent stone. Lily was very responsive and helpful. Once the materials arrived, you are able to get help from Mark in FL. He has a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommend this route if you are looking to enhance your natural crystal stones.

Absolutely love this product! Easy to install and makes such a dramatic impact! Couple of tips… 1. Make sure you dry fit and test each panel. 2. Make sure to take notice of the positive and negative markings to ensure that the panels line up so that the jumpers work properly. 3. Plan the locations for where the power will be coming from. I used 2x2x1 inch acrylic blocks over an existing counter held down firmly by 3M industrial tape. Worked perfectly!
