Present tyre size 26 x 2.10 off road tread, will this size tyre 26 x 1.75 be ok as I only ride on roads and cycle paths ?

Check the wheel size( it should be written somewhere on the rim), and if it says 26x2.10 that's the size you need. I wouldn't recommend Schwalbe though, the rubber on the ones I bought cracked after 5 months of occasional cycling.

How eould this be packaged? Would it be folded, if yes, would folding cause any slight deform ti the tyre

Yes it arrives folded but does not affect the tyre at all. It looked perfect once inflated.

Will these fit on 26 inch mtb time, not 26 inch cruiser rims? what's the xx-xxx code please?

If your talking about the width of the rim 26" tyres w fit most up to around 28 mm Width
