I have had some lower back pain for the last two or three weeks and nothing seems to have worked. I’ve tried my other heating pad that I have, but they never seemed to stay in place so when I found this belted version of a heating pad that went around your waist. I thought I’d give it a try. It worked out wonderfully! It comes with a wide belt that attaches via Velcro and keeps the heating pad in its place. It has a maximum temperature of 159°, which is very comfortable and I noticed it feels very warm when I have it on and sitting in my recliner, it also comes with a vibration feature, which is not to be mistaken with a typical massager. that you can buy. Those have those little balls in it that knead your body. This is more of a vibration buzzing type situation it buzzes for 1 to 4 seconds and then stops and then repeats for about 10 or 15 minutes. It feels wonderful. The noise that it makes at first is a bit annoying but after a few minutes, it’s barely noticeable to me. I can’t say enough good things about this massaging heating pad belt by UTK it does what it says it does and remarkably after only a couple of days, it has relieved much of my pain so I would highly recommend it to anyone who has lower back pain and gets frustrated with heating pads that just don’t stay in the right place.

This was an expensive purchase and I thought i was out of my mind for doing it. Ive now purchased three of these for friends and family. The heat is adjustable, it will get so hot it hurts if you want it to. Like scary hot. Its the type of device made for adults before all these stupid warning labels that read warning fire maybe hot and cause burns. This belts heat setting is amazing. I hope they never change it. On its highest setting which I've never used you might be able to cook eggs with it. It will take around five minutes or less to get to temperature. Once it does it maintains it really well. I am a big guy. The largest size fits. The vibration setting is helpful. I honestly find it annoying because I wish it would stay on vibrating full time but there is no setting for that. It vibrates for say 3 seconds and then its off for 1 or 2. Then back on. There are 3 of these settings, setting one my guess is 1 second on 1 second off. The vibration is strong enough that you can feel it. I wouldn't think it would help with the pain but it does. The heat is best but the vibration just helps loosen it all up. If I had to come up with a complaint it would be that some days I wish the belt had twice or even three times the coverage because my back is so bad in many places I find myself using this on my lower back, then I have to move this to my middle back and then move it again to my upper back. Im quite tall. This item helps alot getting rid of my back pain. I use it several times a week. And sometimes several times a day. Its worth every penny.

Great for arthritic pain and stiffness. Heats up quickly , temperature is adjustable the stones and three adjustable vibrating mode makes it feel like a mini massage for as long as you choose. This is great for desk work or just relaxing. Definitely better than a heating pad its easy to use and made well.

Vibration thing doesnt do anything for me but the heating (reason i bought it) works really well imo. Its a little pricey, but I like it ^_^ its comfortable and has a really good heat range, plus the cord is super long (can be a good or bad thing depending on the person, but I like it).

Have replaced one with error codes and now the replacement has a fault causing vibration to stop working. Seems the wiring in the controller breaks easily. Since product does not work and does not last rated 1 star.

So far I really love this. It works on my lower back pain and has some lasting effect after I stop using it. I like the precision temperature control and the display of the current temp. The vibration is a nice bonus. The heat with the stones has a nice feel to it and is very even. It does take some time to warm up, but really is not too bad. I had been using a microwaveable clay heating pad which also has a very nice heat, but I cannot get a precise temperature on it, and it doesn't last that long so I have to periodically reheat it, which is really annoying. The clay one is also smaller and harder to keep in place (thin, weak straps). With this I can sit at a computer for hours with it on, pain free. I chose this one because I wanted something that would stay in place while moving. Though, with how much I like this, I may also want one that I can use on my full back or neck. The straps and velcro are strong with some flexibility in the material to help with fitting. The cord has decent length so I can move around a bit within the same room. E.g., between bed and desk chair. The two cord connections lock into each other which prevents accidentally unplugging it while moving around (great little design detail). Only two minor negatives so far. The 3 vibration settings are not really all that different to me, they have different patterns but they do not feel significantly different in effect, I would have liked more variety, possibly including one that is more consistent rather than pulsating on and off. I didn't really buy this for the vibration anyway, so it doesn't really affect me much. The other con is that I can't really read the buttons on the controller in the dark. The writing is very light and the red backlight just doesn't help much. This only matters when first getting used to it before developing the muscle memory of where to press for a particular function. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.
