Not directly in the rain. The padding is good quality but it would definitely tarnish under poor weather

Is it possible to practise front/back levers on this?

I don't see why not - but I guess it depends on the length of your reach as your back may or may not hit the back support.

I never recieved any bolts or screws with my order, is it meant to come with them? If not what type of bolts and screws do I need to buy?

Mine came with all bolts n screws I bought additional bolts from the shop nice shiny silver ones
