Great taste and help my son with his ADHD.

The ingredients in this gummy are absolutely perfect for my ADHD self. I love taking this every morning to be on top of my game at work. The L-theanine ingredient is what I was looking for but all the ingredients work together well and I’ve noticed a significant difference greater than L-theanine alone.

It seems as life goes on there is always some new thing happening that will ruin the mood and cause stress. I’ve been getting rather busy and don’t have a lot of time to slow down to relax, so finding the right diet or supplements to aid in relieving stress is important. I have tried several things and have found that holy basil helps a little (mostly with a better sleep) and ashwagandha sometimes helps with stress and a calm mood, but not always. I wanted to try these gummies to see how well they would work and relieving the day to day stress on my life. These gummies come as small cubes that are soft and chewy. There are 60 gummies per bottle and the suggested use is 2 gummies. The flavor is blueberry-ish and pleasant. I would say that the texture is softer than many other gummies, but I tend to find other gummies a bit too firm and as if they are like stale fruit snacks, so I think these are about as expected. While there are the right ingredients to help with stress, mood, and focus, I think that my stress and mood were minimally improved by these gummies, but that my focus was actually a little better. I have tired other ashwagandha supplements that have had a much larger positive impact on my mood and stress levels, so I was a little let down here knowing this supplement contains it, but don’t feel they are a complete waste as I think I could certainly be in worse shape without them. I don’t know that I would say I feel like I have all sorts of energy, but I do think these would be good for studying for an exam or trying to get that next big project done at work as they I think they have helped me to maintain focus on the task at hand. So if you are like me and have a hard time destressing and that not all supplements work as well as others, then these may not quite cut it for you, but if you like gummies and blueberry flavor, then these may be what you are looking for.

I got 2 bottles and the price was good but I honestly did not feel any difference or notice anything so I am not sure if maybe I need to try another brand or what

The L Tyrosine gummies with vitamin B, L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha are chewable little brownish squares that are to be taken once daily. They are designed to have a positive effect on mood and focus. They are slightly sugar-coated which I could do without and also very sweet although they are said to have only 1 gram of sugar. I would prefer a sugar substitute. The gummies do not look tasty but are palatable and the consistency is soft but slightly chewy. I have been taking the gummies for a couple of weeks without notable benefit. I do like the gummies but am not yet sure of their overall effectiveness. I will continue to take and update with further time and use.
