Are the lights waterproof?

Yes, they are waterproof. They are out on the front of my truck in all weather. I don't park in a garage so they are always out in the rain, snow, freezing temperatures and hot sun. They go through the car wash. I've never had a bit of trouble with them.

Will these work on a 24v vehicle?

These lights will work with 9V-32V power sources.

I have 5 of these but i keep burning the fuze any recommendations for a good fuze i should use?

It's because the fuse u have may only had been for only 2 spot lights.. that's if u ordered it from Amazon which only come in pair of 2. And they only give a fuse strong enough to feed 2 lights which the one I got came with 25fuse. If your feeding 5 use a 30 or 40 fuse. Should last longer before burning out. Depending how long you keep them on.
