Makes a neat hole in sheet metal. Requires a 0.525” pilot hole in order to do the job. So you’ll want to buy a 9/16” drill bit to make the pilot hole.

Too much play in the alignment of the outer part of this cutting set. The inside cutter can easily catch outside the intended cutting path, causing a missed cut, a damaged part and a stuck tool.

Did the job, but could not unscrew the tap after cutting through. Vice grips and other options could not grip the hardened smooth alloy to free and disassemble the tap.

I never did use this tool. Who knows, it might work great! I had purchased it as a backup for the 1/2" K/O cutter in our Greenlee knockout kit. This will not work with the Greenlee ratcheting handle. It is a stand-alone Knockout cutter.
