I use these all the time, I feel a bit of acid reflux creeping up, and I chew one of these bad boys and follow it up with omeprazole or famotodine and I get the instant relief from this, and the problem solved from the medicine. These aren't chalk (or chalky) and taste reasonably good. There's a bit of an aftertaste, but it's way better than having reflux.

These are the only antacids I’ll use now. The "Chewy Bites" have a texture like a Mentos candy—crisp shell with a soft center—rather than that dry, chalky feel of standard tablets. The mixed fruit flavor is actually pleasant, and the 200-count bottle is the best value if you keep them on hand for after a heavy BBQ or spicy meal. They work quickly and don't leave a weird aftertaste.

Really helps family and even our fur baby that suffers with gastrointestinal issues. Pepcid 10 mg works better, but we supplement with these flavorful tums. Got tired of the chalky ones.

These work pretty darn good. Although, they're very addictive. They taste so good I'd keep them out of reach of children. Because if a child gets ahold of them they'll gobble them all down at one sitting. They're as delicious as Skittles, but too much calcium is bad for you.

These Tums work exactly as they are supposed to work. Very effective. No nonsense. Taste good. Last long. Nice texture. I like the fact that they are chewy and not chalky.
