Do i simply leave the denture in a soak overnight

It is usually sufficient to allow this a few minutes to take effect and then thoroughly clean and rinse with water. It is not intended to be left to work overnight because it is not necessary.

Could you please tell me what the phrase.....about 10ml of bdc weekly to 100ml of tepid water is recommended ? sorry but do no have a clue.

I don't do this weekly thing - I just do the daily one - i simply put a little on my toothbrush wet brush and I have been doing this for a few years now and my teeth look pretty good. I have implants so I cannot take them out. I think the manufacturer recommends you steep dentures once a week to keep them fresh and clean. Good luck.I just go to my dentist regularly to ensure they are kept in good order.

Is this similar to denclen?

Assume so it was recommended to me by the dentist who said it was gentler on the teeth and would preserve them longer.
