Good product. No problems with taking them

Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price. I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉

Go well together, Vit B calms me and Vit C protects me. Solgar are good quality and a decent strength. More potent and better value (considering strength and purity) than anything you will find in a supermarket.

I take this daily and notice that I have more energy when I do, best taken with a meal couple of times a day, I don't take it in the evening as it makes me a bit hyper. only downfall, I wish it had niacin rather than nicotinamide but you can't go wrong with Solgar. Recommended.

I have been using Solgar Vitaming B Complex with C for years. It is an excellent product, manufactured under strict supervision and accurate levels of the various B vitamins in the formula. I particularly like the brand Solgar and this formula specially, because I find the various B vitamins to be in the correct ratios. I once heard that the way to know if your body needs a particular nutrient is to smell it; If the smell is unpleasant or repulsive then stay away from that product. If the smell is barely noticeable or pleasant then go with that. This applies to all supplements, specially B vitamins and Fish Oils. This product always smells good to me and does not cause indigestion not persistent tasting and burping so common with B complex vitamins.

Just the formula I wanted. Tablets are well formed and easy to swallow.
