Is this the 2015 Master Edition?

Did not purchase in 2015. Excellent condition Trivial Pursuit Master Game - Genius Edition. Dates show Copyright date of 1981 and Game No. 7.

Can you tell me what the difference is between the genus edition and the collectible edition offered? is the collectible a genus?

I bought the original Genus edition in the mid 70s (I think) and it was very popular with everyone (remember there was no cable, VCRs, 15 or 20 broadcaststations, smart phones, and computers). Any info you absorbed was from newspapers and WALTER CRONKITE OR HUNTLY & BRINKLEY. Goodnight Chet, goodnight David and so on. Anybody under the age of 30 today thinks Joan of Arc was NOAH'S WIFE and my father fought in world war eleven. Anyway the collectible edition is just an updated version of the original GENUS EDITION. A year later they came out with the BABY BOOMERS, SILVER SCREEN, ANDSPORTS EDITIONS. I hope this helps you. I'm 71 years old and I've never lost, I wonder why????
