The saline works so good easy to use eyes nose relief for the little size and lasts for a while it doesn't give you skin irritation or anything it clears your lungs and nose I bought the little machine for it off of tick tock and it works so well

Works as expected. This helped my fussy toddler get through RSV. My kid has sensory issues and doesn't like to sit in a steamed up bathroom for symptom relief. They tolerated this very well. It has an expected, mild salt taste to it - seeing as it is medical grade salt water - when it condenses, but there is no harsh chemical taste or anything of that nature. I use it in a handheld mesh nebulizer, and I have no complaints. It does leave a mild residue on the nebulizer screen, but it comes off very easily with 75% isopropyl alcohol once the nebulizer's self clean mode stops being effective. I assume this is normal after the salt from the saline solution re-crystalizes.
