Has the product been repackaged please? My old one, 300ml, was in a white bottle with blue label. Thank you.

The UK product is in a white bottle with a blue label... Out of stock for ages in Boots, Superdrug etc., and Amazon, it has finally reappeared (and is much cheaper than this, which is from the US)

Does peroxyl stain teeth or crowns

Peroxyl DOES NOT stain teeth or crowns. (It is mouthwashes which contain Chlorhexidine which can cause tooth staining). Peroxyl contains hydrogen peroxide.
