When I first sat in a chair, I loved it, but I will say I can tell the cushion will wear out it’s not very thick or plush. And I am 5ft 4 and when the chair is at the tallest height my legs dangle. I love that the arm rest go up so I can push the chair all the way in to my desk when not using it. Also the back of the chair is not very high. It’s fine for me because I’m short but my husband is 6ft 2 and he feels it’s no neck or head support when you sit all the way back in the chair. Excellent quality for the price but it is a small chair.

I bought this chair back in October and have loved it! However, last week it did “pop” and something broke in it. Not the chair itself but I guess the gas lift/ control mechanism. The chair now wobbled and sat sideways. I emailed the company, and after sending them a video and photo they determined a new gas lift and control mechanism would fix it. At no charge, they sent me that part to fix it, and offered me a 20% refund if I chose to send the broken part back to them for examination. 10/10 I received the new parts in no time and it did indeed fix the issue! I’m back to my comfy chair! This company prides itself on its work and will make things right!

3.5 stars, deducting 1.5 for the assembly issue(s).Man alive, this is one of those examples where the Q.C. dept. dropped the ball, failure to catch manufacturing mistakes can/does kill an otherwise really good product. The 2 back holes for the back mount onto the seat were both misaligned (just) enough to throw off the alignment and one bolt and hole got chewed up badly; in the end I had to do a 'forced threading' with my drill to catch enough cross-threading to (hopefully) hold fast. Even with the other 3 bolts just barely screwed into their holes, the 4th was wonky; I disassembled the dry-fit to give it all a good once over and it wasn't too hard to tell and find the issue - both rear holes were off just enough to add together and be a problem; the fabrics weren't anything but pristine smooth, so it was obvious no one had inspected the holes and their alignments, my scrunching it back to inspect things, and was obvious that wrinkled it enough to tell-the-tale. Worst case, I have to figure out how to extract the screw and replace it with a courser threaded one, and some thread lock cement. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, although they do show a part that isn't actually a piece of this specific unit model.I got this for my roommate, and after the assembly quirks, she's enjoying sitting in it; she especially noted that being able to have the left armrest down to support her bad arm (failed shoulder replacement) comfortably is a big deal for her - YAY!The chair sits comfortable enough, and the arms lifting up make it easier to get in and out of. The back having the inner compartment where the parts and hardware rode in is also a nifty feature, I could see wiring in some hidden speakers for a little surround-sound action.

I bought this chair while it was on sale for $70 instead of the standard $130. So building the chair, instructions were super easy to follow. Got it together in less than 20 minutes. That is the only real positive to me. They say this chair has lower lumbar support, but it doesn’t. It’s just a glorified mesh backing chair. The entire back part of the chair is hallow on the inside. The only actual back support on the inside is a single lactic band across the fabric right where your lower lumbar would sit. My previous chair purchase caused the same type of pain. I was feeling lower back pain within 30 minutes of sitting in this chair. Then staying in it for over an hour or two a day, I had issues with a lot of movement using my lower back. It was extremely painful to do any sort of motion that involved my lower back moving in any way. I would say as a person who went through physical pain with just trying to use this chair for basically 3 weeks and almost was on pain meds from it, just go to a local office supply store and buy a decent gaming chair. Better pay for a chair that is over $150 that has an actual solid backing then paying a visit to one or more doctors and possible damage to your spine. I would not recommend this chair at all.

Its comfortable, good quality cushion and sturdy frame with no apparent design concerns.The chair assembly fooled me - I just could not imagine arms and base parts were in the same medium sized box but the base, casters, hardware and arms are neatly packed INSIDE the seat back webbing. Its deceiving. The instructions are clear and its no harder than any other office chair to assemble, just another 3 minutes because there are 10 additional screws to secure the legs to base support hub. The Hex Key included is good quality, hard and long enough for high torque twist. Assemble with LOOSE SCREWS, tighten all only AFTER assembly and then again the following month after first use,same procedure as with any office chair.
