Where can I buy extra adhesives?

I bought nano glue adhesive here on Amazon but you can get it other places as well I like it it works just make sure you clean the wall and the wall is smooth

Does the 2 sided tape damage wall, if I wanted to move the shelf to another wall?

I used screws to attach mine and not tape because i had read in reviews that removing the tape would damage the paint.

Do I need to anchors for this product?

It comes with screws anchors and also a 2 sided sticky tape for adhering it to the wall
