Can you get replacement filters??

Hello! Glad to answer! These cotton filters can be replaced with thin cotton pads. (Small thin cotton pads used to remove makeup.) Put a thin cotton pad into the mouthpiece, and cut off the excess around the mouthpiece with scissor.

I am unable to unscrew the front of the device, even with my jar-opener pads. Any tips?

I'm surprised by that. The cap doesn't move that far, just a quick turn to the right and it's off. When using the device, I have blown the top off at least three times. So you may have a bad one. Just get another one, or two, because it truly does work. I think the price will go super high once people find out how good they are.
