This product differently does its job. I needed a little help because it sickens me to cough mucus up. Instantly, after using this product I was able to bring up mucus which I've suffered from for many years. The only thing is it comes with only 4 filters and the part you blow in does not stay connected to the main base. I have to hole it. I did order more filters and the mouth part. Hopefully it will stay in place while I blow in it. Overall, it's a great product and it helps with loosen up the mucus in the lungs. I feel a lot better regarding my breathing.

My son had been using another breather to help remove excess mucous from his lungs. When it broke, I didn't have enough money to replace it with the same kind. I found this & bought it; hoping it would work enough until I could afford the other one. It works so good, I won't be needing to order the expensive one. This device really helps to loosen the mucous making it easier to expel from the lungs. You can't go wrong with this investment.

I give this product 4 stars because it is a good product. I gave 5 stars for travel as it easily fits in my mid size purse or a tote bag (I keep it in a ziploc bag after being cleaned to keep it sanitary). I gave 5 stars for easy clean; I believe it said in the instructions it was dishwasher safe. I do not have a dishwasher but I put the parts it in a bowl of soapy water to soak and the rinse well and it does just fine. I think this product is incredibly effective for expelling liquid and mucus from the lungs. I recommend using this product in the bathroom where you can spit or have tissues near you. If you are an athlete, maybe use it near a grass patch you can spit on. I gave 4 stars for easy to use and this is more of a personal thing.. I have pain even when using the smallest or easiest ball to work with. I have difficulty completing all recommended breathing repetitions. I also have difficulty focusing for 10 minutes. I put a stopwatch on my phone or laptop and make sure to complete the repetitions at least twice a minute, but don't always get through them. I will caveat that I definitely have history of health issues concerning my lungs, and may find the task to be harder than others. I do think this will be helpful in the long run, I just cannot get out of constant flares, but once I have better control of my environment I think it can help me build better capacity or breathing.
