Acrylic Wall Panel, A4 Size, 3mm Thick, Home Office

I have just repainted my kitchen window sill, had to take it back to bare wood because of water penetration (I’m a messy washer upper). So, I wanted something to protect my new paint job. To get a custom Perspex sheet made was going to cost just under £100 but then I realised five A4 place mats fitted perfectly. But I didn’t want place mats, I wanted clear and glass would likely be costly, unsafe and heavy. And I found these! Bought some tiny clear sticky pad blobs and voila! A protected sill, for well under £20! I’m now wandering around the house trying to work out what I can use these for elsewhere!

Don't mind the it's blue reviews ( well it is until you remove the protection foil obviously!! ) nice hard scratch free and finally as advertised 3 mm or 1/8 Inch. Not like others..happy customer here used to create memorial plaque.

Needed some perspex to replace the missing window in my electricity meter cupboard to protect the meter, fuse and wiring from the rain. Rather than buying a large expensive sheet from a DIY store, an A4 perspex sheet that fits through the letter box was ideal! Cut it to size by scoring it a few times with a Stanley knife, using a metal ruler as a guide, then carefully snapped it along the score (wearing gloves and safety glasses just in case) - resulting in a perfect square edge! Used Araldite to glue it into position. The sheet came with plastic film on both sides which protects it well. This is good stuff for making things with too, like small boxes and shelves. You can use superglue to join pieces together - it sets in less than a minute and is very strong. I could well buy some more of this...

Not what i asked for

I bought the A4 size clear perspex sheet and it was perfect for my needs. It is a little rough around the edges but that isn't an issue for me. And it is definitely clear, not blue tinted. As someone else mentioned, the blue tint is on the protective sheets you have to take off, not the perspex!!
