Can I use this for water pump ?

Yes i'm sure, i used it on my car boot lid and its rain, snow, wind and sun and it seem to be ok.

Is this suitable for saucepans? Our handles are silicone rubber with a flap along them which has come unstuck. Would this glue be suitable? Thx

Not sure, I’ve used it successfully for a car door seal and bonding as walking boot sole. You could possibly ask the manufacturers for suitability.

Could this be used around a bath to seal it?

you do not need to use this to seal any bathroom appliance, just use a bath/shower Silicone sealant which you can buy in any hardware / builders merchants.

Is this glue suitable for sticking a wing mirror glass

I used it to restick wing mirror glass and it has held very well including during the cold and frosts and also during summer heat.
