Seem like good quality, using to help with an ongoing ankle injury and has immediate benefits after doing ankle extension/flexion and circles. Not sure about long term benefits yet...

Really helped heal my calf injury. Watch videos online. Works and I was amazed with the results. I've only used the black band.

It is a good product for athletes, I recommend it.

So unlike most people I didn't buy these to wrap around my joints for added stability or anything like that. What I use them for is to wrap around both my feet and a dumbbell to allow me to do exercises by attaching weight to my foot (eg; Knees Over Toes Guy's programme; Hip Flexor Raises and Tib Anterior Curls). Works like a charm. I am sure they would work perfectly for their normal use too, but I have no experience there.

I’m not usually one for a review, but after years of silently buying things I’ve been compelled to speak up for some elastic bands lol. This is hands down one of the most amazing products I’ve ever purchased. I now know why they call this “Voodoo” floss. It works its mysterious magic on you and helps make niggly hotspots a non-issue! Special mention for Dr Kelly Starrett who promotes the use of these and has lots of instructional videos for those who want to learn how they help.

These are decent bands for the money. They wrap well around your leg/arm and have a nice stretch about them. The quality looks good, so I can't see them tearing or snapping through normal use. They seem the right length as well for voodoo floss bands. The one issue I have with them is that they are a bit slick, they don't grip like some of the more expensive bands, so you need to make sure you do a good job of tying the end of the band down underneath itself.
