Extra heavy
One of my go to string gauges. Cheaper here than most places. As always with D'addario the sound, tone, tuning and feel are always great.

Brilliant!
These strings add a clean cut sound for lower tunings, wouldn't say that they'll go any higher than drop c, otherwise you'll end up doing more damage than good, I use drop B and A tunings. Drop B sounds the most comfortable though. As like all other d'addario strings they last a good while especially with good string cleaners and don't lose their tone until the very end. I use ESP/LTD's, Schecter's, Jackson's and you will be pretty shocked at how much the right string type and gauge makes a difference. Only down side is no plectrum points, only usually find those on their more commercial packets.

The G string is plain steel. NOT wound like on most acoustic/heavy strings sets.
The G string is plain steel. I expected a wound string. However I can't complain,. the strings sound good, although they were not what I expected

i like these a lot
Guitar strings are one of the most important parts of a guitar, and there are many different types to choose from. They come in different materials, sizes, and gauges, and each type has its own unique sound and feel. There are three main types of guitar strings: nylon, steel, and gut. Nylon strings are the most popular type for acoustic guitars, and they're also used on some electric guitars. They're made from a synthetic material, so they're less likely to break than other types of strings. Steel strings are the most common type of string for electric guitars, and they're also used on some acoustic guitars. They're made from a metal alloy, so they're very strong and durable. Gut strings were once the most popular type of string for acoustic guitars, but they're not as popular now because they're made from animal intestine, which can break easily. No matter what type of guitar you have, there's a type of string that's right for it. If you're not sure which type of string to get, ask your guitar teacher or a guitar store employee for help.

Ultimate strings for low tuning
Over the last few months I have experimented with a vast number of string manufacturers and gauges so can say with confidence that if you play in drop tuning you need to choose D'Addario, they stand head and shoulders above the rest. They are clear and crisp, have stacks of tone, and stay bright for a long time. They are also hard wearing, I mostly play extreme metal (lead and rhythm) in Drop A tuning, I play hard and haven't had a snap yet.

You must try these out!
I have been using these strings for about a year now, and i am very impressed. There has been one occurrence of the low B string snapping, but i think that was mainly to do with the rusty bridge it's sitting on (i mean what's the chance of a low string snapping before a high string snapping). But anyway i usually have these strings tuned to BEADF#b and it handles very good. I sometimes put it in drop C or D standard, and it still sounds awesome!... I would recommend these strings to any METAL guitarist. Also i think everyone should at least give them a go. For the price, they are cheap! You're getting your moneys worth! Lovely strings :).

満足
もう何回繰り返して購入した、大満足。ただ、012はやはり重くて、指の力が強くなかったらおすすめない。

Bloody Awesome!
I love how thick the lower 3 strings are! Absolutely amazing to play heavy stuff! Chugging on a high Distortion patch is like pure sex!

Perfectas para afinación en Do
Son justo lo que andaba buscando!! Las he montado en una Gibson Sg del 95 para un proyecto de Stoner Rock y le sientan de maravilla para una afición en Do (C)
