My new fabric shaver arrived this afternoon and I had a jumper waiting to de-bobble. This shaver replaces a single-headed version which had been rendered useless by corroded batteries - no batteries in this rechargeable, so that will not happen again. I thought my jumper wasn’t too bad (it’s in an oatmeal-colour Donegal wool with tiny flecks of various browns which does camouflage bobbling a bit). I got whizzing around and carried away, doing the inside too - it was fun and seemed pretty quick (unlike with the one it replaces which was very slow and laborious). I was surprised to find that a lot had been collected. Fine fibres went into the chamber, the bobbles were behind the blades. Please see the pics - you’ll see a mound of bobbles on the left and fluff from the chamber on the right. After a while I noticed one blade seemed to be running slower than the other due to the build up of bobbles behind it - as soon as I brushed it out, it was back up to speed. As others noted, the gadget does spring into life at the slightest touch of the responsive button. This shouldn’t happen when the blade covers are removed, but anyway, to clean it I kept it mostly on it’s back and only turned it over using the very end of the handle. So far I’m impressed; this is in a different league to my old one. I de-bobble anytime it needs doing but in spring, I do it after washing wool jumpers (to get the bobbles caused by wearing AND by washing). I found the best way to debobble is on the ironing board (slipping the jumper over the end of the board so that I’m working on a single layer) and making sure the fabric lies as flat as possible at all times, then and set up a vacuum cleaner nearby with the nozzle on it - it’s quicker/easier to suck the bobbles and fibres from the front and rear of the blades and the chamber than doing it by hand or with a soft brush. The release button for the chamber in the handle is quite stiff; sometimes I can do it with my fingernail and at other times I’ve needed to use the end of a teaspoon handle to press it hard enough to release the chamber. When replacing the blade-heads onto the spindles, there are shaped lugs at the rear of the blade-heads and cut-outs on the spindles which need to be matched up. I’ve found it best to do a bit of a guesstimate by eye rather than totally doing it by turning once the head is on the spindle (as I’m wary of my fingers next to those sharp blades). This is great it works so well and it’s so much better than the battery operated ones. At least this one is rechargeable and does a bad job and taking the fluff out of your clothes.

Have used many clothes shavers over the years and this is the best I have used. Did a cardigan that I was going to bin and now I can wear it again. Very impressed!

It works quickly and extremely well. I hv been holding out buying one of these products for the last two years.I am happy that I finally purchased the Vasson, a good make with two heads. I needed Vasson now as I had purchased a black duvet cover and pillowcases from Amazon which was not great quality. After washing and using the duvet cover for a week. The product accumulated a lot of lint which I was desperate to get rid of. The vasson did the trick.I hope the vasson last a long time. I will give another review in 6 months from now. Thank you Vasson ❤️ easy to use, does a fabulous job just a slight bit noisey than I anticipated. Looks good the perfect size for my arthritic hand. More expensive than i wished. Usb charging sp no battery. You can use it on any fabric so definitely versatile. Thumps up!

Put this straight to use on my hoodie which looked unsightly with all the bobbles. It’s now as smooth as butter.It filled the compartment fully but the bobbles were all over. Has two speeds but if you plug it in via USB it’s twice as fast. Really easy and covers allot of area thanks to the two bladed areas. The only issue is because the power button is above there you hold it sometimes you accidentally touch the power button. Not a massive issue. It doesn’t get to the really small bobbles but the results are still amazing

Brilliant! Works great, charges great too!I've bought different ones in the past and not as good as this one..Only gripe would be is a little tricky getting used to how to open it because the tab you press is a little small,But once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy.

It might just need a new lease of life and this gadget has done exactly that. Some of clothes have looked old and tattered but with this device, it's like having the item brand new again! We use it all the time for everything! Sofa cover, jumpers, you name it! I use this on my son's school jumper all the time and it's like having a new jumper each and everytime. The container holds a lot of fluff. Super easy to clean once you know how to open the compartments. Nice weight and comfortable. Only thing is the noise. I was not expecting it to be that noisey. I'm not sure if other devices are noisey but I have to make sure I use this away from the kids if I use it early in the morning or late at night (light sleepers!). However, 100% recommend.

Très pratique avec ce grand rasoir, permet d'enlever les peluches plus rapidement qu'un simple. Le moin pratique c'est son petit réservoir de peluche, qui se remplit très vite, donc il faut le vider régulièrement.

This defuzzer is fantastic ! I have been looking for a good BIG one for some time and this is the best so far ! Use it all the time ( I wish the lint holder was bigger ) but the fact that it does a great job makes it truly worth it. Would highly recommend this product !
