Have to cut for correct length. Already cut to slide over pipe

How can you secure the item as it is for under carport tap and pipes it gets quite windy under there.?

I use the plastic ties, available on Amazon. Wrap ties around insulation, thread through the slot, and then pull tight.

Can you gaurantee the cover is definitely split to allo inw foam to slide over pipes

There is a split in the foam to allow easy fitting on pipes.
