Q: Are these colours fat soluble

Thank you for your enquiry. These colours are designed for adding colour to chocolate. Please find instructions for use below. Remove the lid and microwave on full power until the contents have melted fully. Remove from the microwave, replace the lid and shake at regular intervals to ensure even temperature distribution Alternatively, melt the Cocol by placing the bottle in warm water. Shake contents and brush or airbrush a thin layer of melted Cocol into a chocolate mould or onto an acetate sheet before filling or covering with tempered chocolate. Hope this helps! I would recommend you email squires kitchen, I personally don't think there are enough instructions especially eg once a pot is opened how long can you keep it, the instructions are quite vague regarding your questionSorry I haven't been able to answer your question

I use this to colour a ganache drip . I pop the little pot into very hot water to liquify it and add a drop to my ganache . I use callebaut choc chips ,cream and a Little bit of coconut oil together with the colouring . #thecakecook

Small but mighty

Really happy with these, seems to be the only place on Amazon selling coloured cocoa butters that aren't one huge bottle or just colouring to add to the butter. Tried these out today and my only complaint is the instructions are a little vague, so for anyone looking to use these here's what I did:Pop lid off, microwave for 30sec take out put lid on and shake vigorously, put back in for 20sec and repeat till it sounds like it's melted.Wait till it cools a little before using or it will be too watery. Hope this helps someone.They do seem small but you only need a little!

Full colour kit in carry case would be great

Not used yet, look good, colour looks strong, smaller than expected, so a bit expensive,disappointed I couldn't find black in same brand. Will buy from here again.

The media could not be loaded. This product was in useable I only opened one didn’t need to open rest as they all looked the same in useable I’m disgusted

Very small used by date

I’m returning this item as it come with a very small use by date, only 3 mionths on it that’s not good atall , I’ve bought off Amazon before and it had nine months on it so I find this item is going to be a waste of money
