My boyfriend started taking this about a week ago. I could see a huge difference. His energy level is great weight loss is slow by getting there. Recommended by a doctor to take one in the morning one at night starting in a week Lord help me his energy level is insane now can’t wait to see what it looks like when he starts taking two a day!

I’ve been seeing a functional doctor who had me on a different brand, switched doctors, and my new one prescribed this to me through her portal. I buy it off Amazon sometimes because it’s cheaper. I feel a bigger difference with this brand than the previous brand I was using. My energy level is up, I actually feel like it helps lower my levels and manages how I feel when I’m super stressed.

My doctor encouraged me to try this supplement to help with sleeping. I was hesitant because of the price and the fact that I have tried every sleep aid known to man without much luck unless I use prescription sleeps aids. She said to take one every day for 4-6 weeks and then as needed. It’s really worked for me. I fell into a good sleep pattern and if I find myself restless at bedtime, I take one and can feel it kick in. I don’t feel groggy the next day. I haven’t noticed any change in energy but getting good sleep is an overall game changer!

I was told that this would help with sleep. It worked wonders for my 20 year old daughter but not really for me.
