Good quality
There is an art to making coffee with this setup that I am yet to master. Each cup tastes better than the last, but any error is my own and nothing to do with the pour over kit. It looks and feels high quality, and is very easy to clean. I recommend that those who have given the kit a bad review go away and learn how to use it properly.

Fantastic
It's brilliant, but although it has cup sizes on the side totalling 5, it holds a little over 2 average mugs, or one extra large mug as shown in my photo. Instruction booklet is in Japanese but the pictures and numbers make it easy enough to decipher, including how long to microwave it to reheat, as there are no metal parts.

My first hario
I'm a complete beginner at drip coffee. Frankly, all of my test using this wasn't very good (wrong coffee grind, ratio etc.). I'm rating this 4 stars just because I think I bought the right one for the price. I wish there's a white version too, hence knocking off one star.

Sometimes simple is best
Great filter coffee maker. Really nice that they include papers and scoop. Stylish appearance. Hadn’t realised I was buying a cult item when I ordered this, haha, there are baristas who seem to have almost written PhD theses on it, complete with Materials and Methods sections with precise weights, volumes and pour-over technique! Transforms even supermarket own-brand ground coffee into a treat. Very pleased thank you.

Introduction to speciality coffee
The perfect way to start enjoying speciality coffees, don’t be out off by the plastic cone, plastic heats and retains the brew temperature much better than glass and metal which helps make a good cup

Quick to make and loads better than cafetiere coffee. No dust like cafetiere coffee as it uses filters.

Excellent for morning coffee
Does a great work, excellent product, the filters works good, and arrives at time, the only thing was when I tried to warm the coffee on the stove and I almost burn the plastic.
