Can this be used with clear polish or do you have to color?

I'm not sure what you mean... This is a kit that has glue and an acrylic like powder. There is no color to it. If you mean can you put clear polish over it, then yes, you can.

Can this be used over polish, like shellac or gel?

Well, it comes out a whitish color, so I wouldn't. It's best if you repair, smooth and polish over.

How do you remove this product?

In my experience it is difficult to remove. Finger nail polish does not seem to work. It will just eventually come off on its own.
